The security agencies of India have been blamed for their incompetence in monitoring the messages sent via Blackberry Smartphone. This has compelled the government to give strict warnings to the RIM for its failure to grant access to all the communications. The government has threatened to shut-down the famous and well renowned email service if RIM continues to deny its access.

However, the corporate has come out boldly and expressed its unwillingness to grant the access saying that the encrypted services do not pose any security threat. They argue that the demand by the Indian government is hollow because every data remain encrypted for eternity via all points of transfer between the server and the client. The company still hopes to win the government side to allow them access their adorable messenger service that makes them the favorite of many. RIM confesses that it does not have a master key to decode emails and each organization should have its technical competence to grant access to its encrypted emails.
